This is a full time role for a Call Centre Agent located in Sims Ln. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound collection calls within a call center environment, where you’ll clearly communicate and explain payment breakdowns to customers. Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets on behalf of clients from banks, telecom service providers, and commercial clients. Additionally, the role requires negotiating repayment amounts and payment schedules with customers, enhancing overall collection efficiency, and reducing delinquency rates. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the team and achieve collection goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call center environment)

Contribute to day-to-day account implementation, supporting other team members in ensuring the efficient delivery of the communications plan.

The role will see you supporting with account, media and influencer management as well AS contributing to shoots, events and new business pitches. There will be opportunities to flex your creative writing skills for a range of assets and mediums, from press releases to video scripts and social media posts.

It involves:

ACCOUNT SUPPORT

Client handling

● Attend client meetings, draft agendas and contact reports

● Keep up-to-date record of forthcoming editorial coverage

● Support with compiling monthly or project reports

● Proactively put forward suggestions/ideas to account teams

Media monitoring

● Daily media monitoring

● Proactively monitor and flag trends or coverage from clients’ competitors, market, or industry

Media and influencer management

● Build media/influencer relations skills and pitch stories/partnerships

● Update and manage media/influencer databases

Copywriting

● Research and write press releases and marketing copy i.e. newsletters, advertorials, social media copy

Shoots and events

● Attend and support at video and/or photoshoots

● Support with event coordination including liaising and negotiating with suppliers, assembling media packs, arranging logistics and team diaries, whilst keeping teams and clients up to date
 

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

● Undertake research to support new business pitch decks

● Attend and contribute to brainstorms and planning sessions

This person will be responsible for iPhone as a camera for the world’s most innovative photographers, as a mobile edit suite film makers using software like iMovie, for social content creators on TikTok and Instagram, or for citizen journalists in urban centres. They will have more than an ear to the ground: they will be immersed in an iPhone-enabled culture of photographers, producers, content creators, influencers and media to support all Southeast Asia markets while directly managing Singapore and Malaysia. This person will also be responsible for proactive and reactive communications for Apple’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) work, which includes Siri, new Apple Intelligence features across all Apple products and services, and other projects.
