Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets on behalf of clients from banks, telecom service providers, and commercial clients. Additionally, the role requires negotiating repayment amounts and payment schedules with customers, enhancing overall collection efficiency, and reducing delinquency rates. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the team and achieve collection goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call center environment)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To perform the full scope of operations roles for Multimodal Freight services, not restricted to quotes, rates negotiation with carriers/liners/agents, cargo reservation, shipment confirmation, collection/delivery, shipment execution, permit declarations, cargo transfers, pre-alerts, and billings.
2. To coordinate with co-loaders, support export/import/cross trade shipments and updating of shipping status.
3. To ensure all dangerous goods handling and live animals handling are according to SOP and IATA regulations.
4. To ensure all air/sea freight shipment (pick up & deliveries) are performed according to SOP and provide timely updates and constant support to customers.
5. To ensure the office and warehouse premises are secured at all times.
6. To attend to all phone calls and emails promptly.
7. To deliver proactive and efficient service level for all shipments.
8. To secure all company's property, information, safeguard goods and customers' data at all times.
9. To work closely with Sales team to identify potential business opportunities for new businesses.
10. To rotate standby duties for after office hours emergency calls.
11. To carry out any other duties as may be expected in a post of this level.

• Drafting patents, filing and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conducting prior art / freedom to operate searches.
• Advising on Singapore's patent laws and procedures.
• Reviewing specifications, search and examination reports.
• Assisting lawyers with patent litigation.
• Advising on strategies and courses of actions available to clients.
• Training of executives.
• Any other matters / projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Patent Agent / Patent Attorney.
• Qualification in Singapore (Candidates qualified in other jurisdictions such as UK, Europe, US, Australia or New Zealand may also be considered).
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Health Sciences or Life Sciences (Biotechnology / relevant field).
• Postgraduate study, and other qualifications such as a law degree or industry experience will be well regarded but are not essential.
• Strong command in verbal & written English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• A good team player with positive working attitude is essential.
