Summary of responsibilities

Guest Management

• Maintaining professional, clean, and welcoming office facilities for external and internal meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations;
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets;

• Estimation and Weight Taking
• Verify donor registration and weigh the donor
• Perform Hb testing and record readings

Donor Care

• Handle donor enquiries
• Assist donors in booking appointments

Donor Linking

CFS is the only philanthropic foundation in Singapore that funds charity programmes across all causes. This provides opportunities to create impact across diverse needs in Singapore. Grant making in CFS is evolving towards becoming a catalyst for systemic change with a greater emphasis on sustainability and impact. We are looking for talents who can support CFS to drive the grantmaking strategies and operations and achieve greater efficiency, efficacy and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Catalyse Grants

• Develop innovative evidence based grantmaking strategies and practices and re-imagine how donations can create impact for charities
• Oversee the development of grantmaking features for a new donor portal platform. Support the development of a new platform driven way to engage donors and charities and create novel online-offline experiences that enrich the donor’s philanthropic experience.
• Generate significantly large value grants in partnership with donors and charity partners that improve impact delivery to the community

Impact Measurement

• Develop and launch CFS Social Impact Framework that captures CFS’ direct and indirect contributions to our charity partners and beneficiaries

Operational Improvement

• Streamline and enhance current grantmaking processes to improve productivity
• Analyse grant making data to improve grant making and charity engagement strategies
• Oversee knowledge and data management for the team with regular generation of reports on grantmaking trends, cause insights, donor demand.

COMPETENCIES

• Basic degree in Social Sciences preferred;
• At least 7 years of direct experience working in fundraising, managing grants or programmes in non-profit sector or public service sector
• Core competencies in donor engagement, programme development, programme evaluation, and grant management.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong proactive attitude.
• Supportive team player and enjoys collaborating with others on projects
• Meticulous eye for detail
