Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a “best in class” service to all clients.

· Aid in crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, covering brand development.

· Manages online and offline marketing campaigns and product promotion plans.

· Oversee the visual identity, project budgets, progress, and post-analysis of the brand.

· Ensure consistent maintenance and improvement of the brand's visual presence.

· Responsible for promotional materials at storefronts and other marketing touchpoints.

· Collaborate with the international business unit to formulate annual marketing and promotion budget plans.

· Manage external marketing channels, such as social media fan pages, to boost brand awareness and engagement.

· Demonstrate expertise in membership management, encompassing strategic planning, market intelligence, loyalty program administration, and the exploration of cross-industry collaborations.

· Conduct market research to gather relevant information from local and international markets, identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

Job Requirement

· Diploma holder and above

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Experience in F&B/retail industry will have added advantageous
