• Financial stewardship: Oversee month-end and year-end closings for accounts receivables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Risk management: Review and approve customer refunds, order cancellations, service balances, account creation, and credit evaluations to minimize risk.
• Proactive collections: Conduct quarterly debtors reviews and collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximize collections efficiency

This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant located in Commonwealth Drive. Our client is a local Board Game store and distributor. You will manage the daily operations of a centre, ensuring its smooth functioning by overseeing both administrative and operational tasks.
