• An independent, resourceful and dynamic self-starter strong in writing and can communicate effectively across all internal and external platforms.

• Key responsibilities of this role include drafting replies to MP letters or customers’ feedback, managing walk-in customers (where required), evaluating requests from internal and external stakeholders, coming up with and reviewing external communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders, managing media events, daily media monitoring and analysis, media relations (media pitching, forum replies, media queries and others) and crisis communications.

• You are also required to provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements, amongst others. • You will also support the consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes and other duties when assigned.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for close tracking of work hours to ensure technicians meet min hours for post manning competencies and to meet MOM OT exemption regulations through OT management tool (rolling deck) and timekeeper worksheets

• Steward data for monthly management report: OT summary, absenteeism, special assignments, etc.
