About the Role:
- Operate facility hotline for user
- Record complaints and close loop comunication
- Daily filing and documentation - Vendor DO and signed Invoice
- Assist client for preparation of PUrchasing Request (PR)
- Raise Purchase Requisition (PR)
- MAnaging EHS and documentation system
- Record summary of Tax Incoices
- Record Purchase Order upon received
- Update Facilitu Water Test Report from 3rd party test facilities
- Update Staff & in-house vendors attendance (Annual/Medical Leave)
- Update PM Schedule
- Prepare Facility Performance Chart
- Update Delivery Order (DO)
- Submission of Timesheet and updating in E-System
- FM Monthly Report
- FM Man-hour Report to EHS
- Requisition of Stationery / Confectionery / T-Shirts / Safety Shoes
- Liaise with contractor on Risk Assessment Form
- Liaise with contractors on WSQ Assessment
- Update SOP and DOP, Update Revision control
- Record and file all staff training record
- Prepare Work Permit for contractors
- Prepare PM Checklist for QA
- Follow up vendors on documentation and incoices
- Weekly daily loh -filing
- Filing of material Transfer Form and Delivery Order/Service Report
- Record Cooling tower Water Tretment Service Report
- Update Waste Water Lab Test Report Result
- Update and file DI Water Sampling Report
- Update list of facility equipment to be calibrated / verification at site
- Update Certificated Facility (Air receiver / Lifting equipment / EMA license)
- Any other duties as assigned whenever required
About You:
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- Prior administration experiences
