Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager, EHS, you will be representing company in managing and overseeing all EHS related matters for construction, addition and alteration (A&A) and customer fit-out projects to ensure all legal and company EHS requirements are fulfilled. Job Description:

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• Serve as the key liaison person between client and internal departments on request and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of key account’s new program implementation. Engage in initiative and project discussion. Lead and monitor implementation progress.
• Manage, monitor and control stockholding. Prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
• Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics & performance, timely submission of internal and external reporting, as well as, present operational KPI.
• Manage Replenishment and inbound Inventory in line with the forecast or indent, commercial and stock holding requirements.
• Review materials forecast and execute Supply Plan, analyses Key Planning Parameters to achieve a balance between Inventory and Forecast.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals
• Reviews slow moving items, block inventories according to Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

• Conduct daily quality checks on inspection reports from Kizeo, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Oversee the distribution and revision of all company quality documentation, including updating work instructions when necessary.
• Review and verify the accuracy of reports completed by the QC team on a daily basis.
• Update and track the qualifications and training requirements of quality inspection personnel, as directed by the executive and manager.
• Revise the department’s work instructions to reflect job-flow changes or customer requirements.
• Step in as a QC inspector to perform routine inspections when required.
• Perform Y7 in SAP for NC crates.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the executive or manager.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.

Clinic Assistants ( In Central / Novena - 5.5 days week )

Job Description & Requirements

• CLINIC ASSISTANTS
• Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
• Patient care support, such as taking of vital signs.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor and staff nurses during consultation and patient care.
• Cashiering and admimistrative support duties as assigned
• Experience in clinical duties such as taking of blood samples, recording vital signs reading and etc. will be an added bonus
• Administrative work, file for medisave/ insurance claims
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Min 3 years or more years of experience in a clinic setting.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• PC Literacry skills in MS/ Excel/ Powerpoint
• Working hours: 830am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays), 830am to 1pm (Saturdays)
• Work location will be in Central / Novena
• Singaporean preferred
• Able to speak MANDARIN to the Chinese-speaking patients
