General Duties & Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of the preparation SOPs, ingredients and par level of food items.

- To support Bartenders and the rest of Operations team members at the outlet.

- Assist with back bar & kitchen opening and closing procedures. Tasks will range and not be limited at preparing foods, welcome drinks, specials, garnishes, set up bar stations, food stations and restocking all par levels for food ingredients and home-made ingredients.

- Maintenance of the outlet hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the service process.

- Ensure that all glassware is clean and is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.

- Polishing and washing of equipment and tableware.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of food handling hygiene basics is preferred. No experience required for this position.

- Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome to apply.

In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily diary and scheduling for senior executives, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing and record-keeping
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence
• Support with event and function planning, ensuring all logistics are organised and executed seamlessly
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry and PA, EA & Secretarial sub-industry
• Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
