• Provide general support to the production team, including assisting with tasks, running errands, and helping with material movement and handling

• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and food safety

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical training in food processing preferred

1-2 years of experience working in a food or vegetable processing factory environment

Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various food processing equipment and machinery

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret production schedules, recipes, and technical manuals

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, food safety, and sanitation

Physically fit to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving materials
