· Able to do shift work.

· Assist to screen candidates and coordinate interviews

· Assist to arrange and coordinate interviews

· Advertise, search and schedule candidates for interview

· Manage end-to-end process of onboarding and off boarding of employees

· Handle EP, work pass application, renewal, and cancellation

· Support daily administration/operations matters

· Other admin duties assigned by the Manager
