Position Title: Admin Executive / Adminstrative Assistant.

Work Location: Woodlands Industrial Xchange (71 Woodlands Ave 10, Singapore 737743).

Work Days per Week: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), and every Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm).

Salary: $2000-$2400/Month.

Job Description:

- Manage various administrative tasks, such as data entries, filing and other general administrative works.

- ⁠Communicating with elderly customers over phone calls (Making appointments, feedback about workers and renovation work done at their house, and etc).

- Liaising with suppliers and vendors.

- Provide support as needed and handle other assignments.
