Job Requirements:

• Diploma holders or minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate secretarial documents, maintain and update statutory registers and secretarial records, attend board and board committee meetings, draft meeting minutes, and manage client billing and payments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Diploma in a related field, a degree, or a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
• Preferably an ICSA holder, or a candidate from the polytechnic or university planning to pursue the ICSA course. Candidate with ICSA membership will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements under the Singapore Companies Act.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• Assists the team the monthly preparation of payroll activities from reviewing the data in the payroll software, to generate reports and schedules.
• Assist the Senior Accountants or Directors with company secretary activities for the assigned clients portfolio from reviewing of profiles, maintain their data in our databases and perform KYC related admin tasks.
• Work on any other ad-hoc requests from clients as included in the agreed scope.

Requirements:

• Studying for a Degree in Accountancy / Finance or CA/CPA
• Familiar with most Microsoft products, especially Excel
