Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries, prepare and processes sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems and handle incoming customer inquiries, both by phone and email, and provide product or service information. Assisting with resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Update sales databases with new customer information and sales leads and generate sales reports, track sales targets, and prepare performance metrics for management.
• Order Processing: Ensure that orders are accurately entered into the system and coordinate with other departments like logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, ensuring products are available for sale and communicate with the inventory team regarding product shortages or restocking needs.
