• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation

• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

• Handling administrative tasks including office operations, procurement, and purchasing.
• Managing general operations tasks such as procurement and processing expense claims.
• Coordinating with technical departments for purchasing needs and order processing.
• Managing corporate supplies like name cards, gifts, printing, stationery, and office pantry items.
• Overseeing office maintenance, renewal, housekeeping, and courier services.
• Directly liaising with external vendors and service providers.
• Compiling documentation for ISO/OHSAS compliance.
• Organizing and maintaining records for the Admin Operations Department in compliance with ISO standards.
• Updating and maintaining accuracy in the HR database.
• Monitoring attendance records and managing timekeeping.
• Addressing HR-related inquiries from internal and inter-company personnel.
• Providing front office customer service and welcoming visitors.
• Assisting in organizing events, seminars, and exhibitions.
