• Manage and process expatriates monthly claims
• Manage and process expatriates new and renewal tenancy agreement
• Take care of office supplies and equipment.
• Support office building facility maintenance including security system related matters
• Manage and process office insurance and other administrative related agreements
• Support office & mobile lines and related equipment maintenance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in general office matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Japanese language skill is a MUST as individual needs to speak and write in Japanese as this role supports Japanese colleagues from HQ
