Job Description
· Generate credit notes, delivery orders and tax invoices.
· Handle billing inquiries from the customers.
· Process and monitor bill related credit memos.
· E-Invoice customers via email and e-portal.
· Maintain and update customers' database.
· Prepare billings excel reports to customers on weekly/monthly as requested.
· Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning and documentation.
· Handle any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
· Local candidate must possess at least a "O" Level and SPM Form 5 Certificate for Malaysian.
· Proficient in MS Outlook & MS Excel.
· Mature, positive and able to work independently.
· Able to start work immediately or short notice.
· Workplace: New Industrial Road (Upper Paya Lebar Road)
· 5-day or 5.5-day work week
