• Source quotes, raise purchase acquisitions, ensure good follow up and proper record keeping
• Perform full administrative support to the department
• Perform leave application and OT submission
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma holder in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in administrative duties
• Ability to communicate well in English and good telephone etiquette are essential
• Computer skills in MS Office
• Good organisational and communication skills

Job Description

• Able to operate pallet jet or fork lift.
• Loading/unloading of goods (baby gears and toys) in/from containers.
• Order picking and packing of goods.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate well with strong Safety awareness in work.
• Follow specified instructions, procedures, and standards for the efficient and safe operation, and for the care and safety of delivered goods.
• Observe and confirms to Company’s safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
