What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. The Customer Service is responsible for coordinating with customers, logistics operators, and customs officials to plan and track the movement of goods to ensure that they are cleared through customs or quarantine, as well as developing relationships with potential customers.

• Perform system data entries and related functions for customers and ”Internal Warehouse Management System” (iWMS)

• Generate accurate billing invoices, inventory reports, and related reports as per the required deadline

Job Description:

With supervision from the senior, managers and partners, your primary focus is to ensure that the accounting, corporate secretarial, tax and related assignments are executed based on the relevant professional requirements.

You will have the opportunity to use of robotic process automation (RPA) technology to prepare reports and schedules that are to be delivered to the clients and other external parties.

You shall be responsible to prepare the following deliverables for clients and other external stakeholders:

1. Full set of management accounts, unaudited financial statements or consolidated financial statements and business activity reports
2. Perform financial accounting and corporate reporting activities;
3. Prepare and submit GST return and tax computations
4. Assist to prepare corporate and individual tax computations and returns

You will also contribute as a team member, assuming shared responsibilities, providing support and managing effective communication with fellow colleagues on a regular basis.

Finally, you are responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Job Requirements:
