You are responsible for maintaining the work statistics and compile the data for submission to Ministry of Health. You will also handle external correspondences such as MP letters and CDC letters. You are also expected to participate in projects that improve the work processes in the department and perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / GCE 'A' or 'O' level.
• Certificate in community and social services or equivalent will be preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in community health.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in local dialects will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate ability to be empathetic, non-judgmental, flexible, matured, having a desire to help, and be independent
• Willingness to travel between polyclinics and may be required to do home visits to ascertain client's home environment.

You’ll develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand’s market position, engage clients, and reflect our commitment to excellence. This role calls for a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a keen eye for market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of brand’s marketing and branding efforts, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive CaterCo’s brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Prepare budgets, track costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms that highlight CaterCo’s premium offerings and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, optimise client acquisition, and drive customer retention through strategic content and targeted marketing.
• Oversee content creation, including high-quality photography, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Leverage market research to analyse consumer trends, refine our value proposition, and tailor messaging that resonates with client segments
• Manage partnerships to position CaterCo at exclusive events, enhancing brand visibility within key industries.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions and other key events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality, catering, F&B or premium service industries
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and lead generation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting sophisticated, brand-aligned messaging
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing metrics and refine strategies
• Experience in event planning or related industry knowledge is a plus
