We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to perform the following job scope :-

• Handle phone calls, emails and filing
• Taking dictation as and when required
• To perform company's general administrative duties

• Provides assistance to shipyard team and foremen
• Develops departmental plans, including production and/or organizational priorities
• Directs activities in areas of safety and personnel, production, scheduling, material handling and quality and ensures compliance with all Safety, Quality, Company and Regulatory directives
• Review and interpret designs, drawings & specifications
• Directs and coordinates shipyard operations within company policies and procedures
• Responsible for providing the quantity and quality of workers to meet schedule
• Directs all phases of steel fabrication, assembly and erection, piping fabrication and installation, outfitting
• Monitors the performance of assigned supervisors
• Maintains appropriate interface and relations with customers, paying detailed attention to site requirements
• Translates company strategies into tactical plans. Creates and prioritizes necessary resources and steps required to accomplish goals on time
• Establishes all shift production schedules
• Establishes and maintains shipyard production goals to ensure production schedules are met
• Schedules and conducts meetings in conjunction with Manager and Workforce
• Ensures product quality control goals are met

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Prepare Tax Invoices, cheques, bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

Daily enter / key data of financial transactions in database

Provide assistance and support to company personnel

Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

Prepare documentations (eg. billings/invoices, SOA & etc)

Liaising with clients and vendors when required

Ad-hoc duties assign by superior

Requirements

Knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures

Good math skills and the ability to spot numerial errors

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Perform daily accounting tasks and able to help department run smoothly

Relevant experiences will be added advantage

Preferably Managers specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.

Job Descriptions:

* Program and development of Control & Automation System, Building, Facilities & Energy Management System, Process Automation /Industrial Automation System using PLC/SCADA/HMI/DDC or computer software

* Involve in Project coordination, Programming, Deployment, Testing & Commissioning, Support, Documentation and Training

* Ad-hoc engineering support when required.

* Willing to work on fast pace environment.

Job Requirements:

* Relevant graduate diploma for Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computing, or Mechatronic)

* Min 1-2 yrs experience in good engineering practice, process automation, robotic, service and maintenance.

* Fresh graduates are welcome.

* Experience programming in PLC/SCADA/HMI/DDC, computer programming will be added advantages
