RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Manage, coach and lead a team of logistics personnel.
- Ensure proper stock management control and timely delivery of goods.
- Plan, organize and coordinate the deployment of staff and logistics for events.
- Ensure day to day operations are run smoothly.
- Overall events management, including on-site execution and smooth delivery of event.
- Handle buffet delivery, set-up and collection.
- Handle tingkat delivery.
- Collect payment for orders on cash-on delivery terms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned catering vehicle.
- Manage inventory level and condition of the allocated catering equipment.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Warehouse management or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
· Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management and operations.
· Dynamic, self-disciplined and highly motivated.
· A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
· Bilingual.
