Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing sales orders (data entry), sorting and uploading invoices/DO/Customer PO.
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and dealing with customer inquiries
• Maintain a sales pipeline, track customer orders, and follow up with leads.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Provide customer support by addressing queries and providing necessary product or service information.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch new product offerings and track sales performance.
Administrative Tasks:
• Handle general department administration, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organizing events
• Prepare, manage, and file company documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and other important files.
• Prepare and maintain internal reports on sales progress, product development timelines, and customer feedback.
• Handle the administrative aspects of product development meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Other Duties:
• Provide general administrative support to the product development team as required.
• Assist in ad hoc projects, product testing, and promotional activities.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and other requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Good computer skills, especially in MS Office
· Meticulous and organized personality
· Good attitude and willingness to learn
· Good team player
· Able to start immediately is preferred.
