• Screen and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and project management.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Description

· Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.

· Preparation of resources for the teaching of Art, English, and other Departments (where applicable) and the General Office.

· Assist in any administrative and operations duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders

Requirements

· At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English.

· Good communication and inter-personal skills

· Good team player

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

· At least have 2 years of experience working in a school environment.

Working hours

· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

· Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
