The responsibilities of this role are:

• Source, negotiate, and select vendors that meet the company’s quality, price, and delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• N level, O level or Nitec Cert
• Min 2 years relevant working experience
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and planning principles and procedures
• Some knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Some knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an advantage.

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who can communicate effectively with English, Mandarin and Bahasa speaking clients. There are no age restrictions for this role.
