Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Operations Assistant to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is crucial to scaling our business, improving efficiencies, and managing financial and strategic planning within a high-growth environment. As a vital member of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional departments and external partners to support Strutt’s goals, ensuring that our operations align seamlessly with our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
● Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.
● Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including suppliers, regulatory authorities, and strategic business alliances.
● Identify areas for operational, technological, and product improvement, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive innovation.
● Participate in strategic planning, supporting senior leadership in setting and achieving company goals.
● Ensure compliance and navigate regulatory requirements, especially in healthcare-related consumer robotics.
● Lead efforts to register healthcare-related consumer products with relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
● Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting is a plus.
● Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, especially regarding consumer healthcare product registration.
● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
● Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
