• Performs administrative and simple preliminary reviews of study amendments, continuing reviews, non-compliances, UPIRTSO, and other notifications in a timely manner to ensure completeness of submission and correctness of information.
• Performs data extraction, collation of information, prepare reports and presentation slides using data, when required.
• Serves as a resource for investigators regarding the adaptation and implementation of DSRB policies, procedures and forms.
• Assists in drafting WIs to ensure clarity and consistency in work processes, as required.
• Assists in organizing research ethics seminars and training sessions.
• Be involved in cross coverage plans for other Assistant IRB Analysts.
• Other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• “A” Level /Diploma of any discipline or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a Healthcare/Clinical Research Industry or in supporting the IRB/DSRB operations in key administrative functions preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to work independently and meticulously as well as a team player.
• Possess strong organisation and planning skills and demonstrate strong written and verbal capabilities.
• Able to handle extremely detailed and highly confidential information with tact and discretion.
