● Activities pertaining to the Compliance of National Office to Service Standard Requirements

o Assists in preparing annual compliance reports for ND’s review in the areas of service standards requirements

● Activities pertaining to the Review of Budget

o Supports the National Director in monitoring and development of the annual budget.

● Undertake any other duties assigned by the National Director

A successful candidate would be someone with

● A degree in administration or finance.

● 3 years of experience in administration or finance.

● Supervisory experience preferred.

● Is comfortable to uphold, communicate and affirm Habitat for Humanity’s principles (vision and mission); Pls refer to https://www.habitat.org.sg/about-us for details.

● Working knowledge of accounting system would be advantageous.

● Possess strong planning, organization, implementation and follow-up skills.

● Meticulous with attention to detail.

● Possess high level of initiative, a good organisation player.

● Engage in self-care and active learning.

● Possess positive attitude with good interpersonal and written communication skills.

● Proficient in MS Office.

Job Scope:

• Serve as primary coverage for educational contact person for the postgraduate programme.

• Assist and support the administration of Postgraduate Training Programmes.

• Assist and support the administration of medical seminars and workshops.

• Plan and administer programme onboarding, and orientation.

• Track all evaluations, monitor, and document compliance.

• Maintain documentation of all training records.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any field

• Min some admin/ healthcare experience/ Training will be provided
