Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company’s Accounts Payable and Costing functions
• Maintain record-keeping for Accounts Payable, supported by the comprehensive documentations
• Inputting data for Accounts Payable and handling payment run processes
• Monitor and document schedules for monthly advance payments
• Conduct reconciliation for Accounts Payable and intercompany transactions
• Provide support for monthly financial closure and annual financial audit responsibilities
• Generate monthly reports detailing the company’s job orders
• Monitor and document the flow of raw materials, comparing actual figures against budgeted projections
• Keep track of commercial status within the shared network, encompassing cost prices, outstanding RFQs, and potential future orders

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)

· Strong skills in designing and drawing scaled working construction drawings.

· Experience in using Macintosh Vector Works and Photoshop.

· Must be an expert in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and 3D software (e.g. SketchUp)

· Understands retail Store Design (SD) & VM aspects, i.e. lighting, furniture design, detailing fixtures, materials, etc. as well as the importance of maintaining consistency.

· Has experience in graphic layouts and interior signage.

· Have a strong understanding of traffic flow and human scale.
