About the role:

The OA role has the responsibility to support vessel day to day operations such as:

• Assist in housekeeping and refer to the housekeeping team to maintain a safe environment.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Completed at least 10 years of school education, both locally or internationally.
• Be able to speak basic English.
• Applicants with a Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or a Professional Certificate in Inpatient Care or Eldercare will have an advantage.
• Prior working experience in Healthcare Institutes such as Acute Hospital, Community Hospital or Nursing Home will be preferred.
• Be able to work on rotating shifts up to 12 hours (average 44 hours per week) that include night shifts, weekends and public holiday.
• Team player with a good attitude and aptitude.

Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Accounts Assistant to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Process all incoming cheque.
• Update daily bank transactions (AR & AP) into system.
• Fully in charge of petty cash reimbursement.
• In-charge of AP (invoices, expenses claim, payment, etc) and AR (receipts, DN, CN, etc)
• Manage month end closing activities which include reconciliation process.
• To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in accounting /finance.
• Minimum 1 – 2 year relevant working experience.
• Proficient in M/S office and accounting software (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Able to multi task, work independently and as a team within tight deadline.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and details oriented.
• Able to commence work in a short period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, count and distribute components to production team for monthly production usage
• Monitor component stock levels and report to Production Manager monthly
• Execute daily in-bound goods into warehouse effectively
• Perform inspections with QC team to ensure components' quality adhere to standards and prepare report for the Production Manager
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
• Support production planning and control processes with the Production Manager
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD/ Management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in mechanical/electronics engineering or any relevant ITE cert/Technical skills certificate or 1-year work experience in electronics industry
• Able to read and understand electronic schematics and user diagnostic tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope and LCR meter
• Computer literate (Excel and Word)
• Good team player, possess initiative & ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SAPB1 Module is preferred but not a must
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage
