Responsible for managing procurement operations for an organisation’s projects, a Senior Procurement Executive ensures that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards. The Executive should typically come from an engineering background with production or design work experience. Summary:

• Accounts payable bookkeeper
• Basic salary up to $3000
• Variable bonus on a yearly basis
• Location: Ubi
• Work week: 5 days (Only need to come back half day on Sat once in a month)
• Timing: 9.00am - 6.15pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting
• Prepare suppliers' payments
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts
• Other duties as and when assigned

Key Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in accounts payable

• Design and synthesis of organic functional materials for theranostic applications
• Design and synthesis of nanomaterials for theranostic applications
• Cellular and bacteria studies to evaluate fluorescent probes
• Responsible for conducting high quality research, writing academic papers and collaboration with other researchers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Materials, Polymers and Chemical Engineering.
• Good knowledge in synthesis and characterization.
• Have good publication record and relevant research experience.
• Highly motivated and independent, strong problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken communication
• Open to fixed-term contract
