Position: Clinic Assistant

location: Lakeside MRT station (Jurong west)
Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon – Fri 830am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 830am to 1pm.
Salary: $2000-$2500

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inventory, sales records, payment, and shipment details.
• Maintain and organize records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Generate periodic reports (i.e. payment & shipping timing) for management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 1 years of experience in data entry
• Experience in shipping management or delivery management is an added advantage
