Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Executive Assistant, in hopes of developing the current high performing Secretary team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of Executive Assistant:

• Manage Directors’ schedules efficiently.
• Draft various documents and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate meetings and disseminate communications promptly.
• Plan business events involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential strategic projects for Senior Management.
• Lead cross-divisional team projects with effective communication.
• Assist in onboarding top executives and new joiners.
• Arrange travel logistics and handle expense reporting.
• Coordinate with drivers and manage vehicle maintenance for executive transportation.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder in any discipline
• Min 5 years of secretarial experience to Senior Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

• To assist the teachers in preparation of teaching and learning resources and maintenance of equipment to support students’ learning, on a daily basis work (e.g. Prepare/ verify/ manage information/ documents, scan/ fax/ photocopy/ laminate documents).
• To record the usage of science labs, resources and activities to be completed;
• To assist teachers in maintaining and conducting inventory check on equipment and organize their store termly (e.g. in Science and PAM departments)
• To report faulty equipment and depleting materials and resources for timely replacement to the relevant departments
• To assist in ensuring safety checks and procedures e.g. for all lab users

Requirements

• GCE “O” level certification
• Must be proficient in spoken English
• Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software, eg Microsoft Word and Excel
• A team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task
• At least one (1) year experience working in a school environment

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break Fridays: 9.00am to 5.45pm,
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
