• Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounting Background -No Experience Welcome) - EAST
• Location: Loyang, East Region (STRAIGHT BUS FROM PASIR RIS MRT)
• Working hours: 5 Working days (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + AWS + Insurance Coverage + Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Logistic, Supply Chain

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Verify suppliers’ invoices and prepare for payments
• Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system
• Any other accounts related duties

Requirements:

• No Experience Welcome - Training Provided
• Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in accounting
• Must be familiar with accounting double entry
• Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
