RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices

• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff

• Prepare shift schedules

• Process payroll for all restaurant staff

• Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed

• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues

• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)

• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

Job Description

• Provide support for all answering
• Update pest control services report (weekly) and mosquito breeding report (monthly)
• Order stationeries and pantry supplies and gifts (for occasions)
• In charge of the maintenance of the copier machines and order toners when required
• Maintain record of Company Vehicles and apply Shell card for new vehicles, vehicles auditing
• Apply for PUB for water and electricity supply for office, town council and public toilets and accommodation of foreign workers and season parking for lorries
• Support recruitments for HR and Operations teams with recruitment. administrative, organizational and logistical tasks.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• With a relevant admin/HR qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.
• Able to multitask and team player

Working Hours: 8.30am t0 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Location: West

* Perform cashier duties and customer service role.

* Do incoming goods receiving and checking to ensure goods accuracy.

* To replenish and tidy up goods on the shelving.

* Interested in stationery and gifts product will be an added advantage.

* Do shop housekeeping and other retail related duties assigned.

* 5 days per week. (working hour: 6 hrs per day)

* Perform cashier duties and customer service role.

* Do Incoming goods receiving and checking to ensure goods accuracy.

* To replenish stock and tidy up goods on the shelving.

* Interested in stationery and gifts product wll be an added advantage.

* Do shop housekeeping and other retail related duties if assign.
