Job scope includes:

• Incorporation of companies (drafting documents for incorporation and lodging on ACRA).
• Drafting of documents and lodging of transactions for other matters, e.g., share issuance or share transfers.
• Filing on government sites such as ACRA and IRAS.
• Applying work passes (Employment Pass, S Pass).
• Upkeep of clientele database.
• Corresponding with clients.
• Liaising with banks on behalf of clients for bank account openings.
• Assisting clients to meet their companies' annual statutory filing obligations.

Job Description

• Support and carry out the Accounts payable function
• Data entry for all the accounts payable invoices and payment voucher, journal entries into accounting system
• Matching of DO, PO with supplier invoices for payment
• AP reconciliation reports to suppliers' statement
• Prepare AP ageing reports
• Close month end accounts
• ISO compliance documentation
• Other duties as assigned by the departmental manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant working experience

• Perform Picking & Packing based on customer order

• Provide customer service and issuing of orders

• Perform loading and unloading of goods，Receive and inspect incoming goods

• Ensure accuracy and quality of items for receiving and delivery

• Communicate with salespersons and drivers
