- Preparations of Import and Export shipping documents

- Coordinating between suppliers, vendors and customers.

Job Requirements:

• No working experience is required as training will be provided.
• Candidates must possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels Certificate.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working attitude and willing to learn.

Working hours:

- 2 to 3 weekdays per week

- 4 to 6 hours shift

- $12 to $15 per hour

Job description:

- Managing admin work

- Basic proficiency in Canva and Microsoft excel/office

- Basic communication with clients via text/calls

- Handling marketing campaigns/ client

- Any other simple adhoc admin duties

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between customers and service team.
• Manage queue system, greeting customers professionally and ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Complete and maintain accurate records via job sheets.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or related fields.
• Prior working experience in the automotive experience would be advantageous.
