• Preferably with at least 1 year of administrative experience
• IT savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English language. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin (with the ability to read and type in Hanyu pinyin) would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:-

• Assisted the Asst. Purchasing Manager with the ordering of supplies and materials
• Performs comparison and negotiations to secure lower prices on materials
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Prepared and matching the purchase orders, DO, and invoices
• Researched new vendors and negotiated better terms with existing vendors
• Assist in filing documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in full spetrum of Purchaser Duties preferably in construction sector
• Must be strong in Procurement/Purchasing
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
