• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work locations and timings

• You will be required to travel between our various outlets (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan) based on roster schedule and commit to the work schedule of 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.

Job Scope:

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and forwarders
• Assist sales teams with sales and administrative tasks
• Generate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Compile weekly and monthly reports, statement of accounts
• Perform general administrative duties
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
