Job Description:
- Financial Accounting, FP&A, and Cash Management for the Singapore Subsidiary
Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for the Singapore entity. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and cash flow management.
- Store Sales Data Analysis and Sales Management for the Singapore Subsidiary
Analyze sales performance data, prepare sales forecasts, and provide insights to optimize revenue and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to manage performance and enhance sales strategies.
- Monitoring and Improvement Support for Financial and Accounting Operations in Southeast Asia and India
Support and monitor the financial and accounting processes across subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and India, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Assist with process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for efficiency gains.
- Promotion of the New Accounting ERP System Implementation Project Across Southeast Asia
Lead the deployment of a new ERP system within Southeast Asia subsidiaries, ensuring smooth implementation and effective adoption. Provide training and support to local teams to ensure successful system integration.
- Support for CFO Operations Across Southeast Asia
Assist the CFO in overseeing financial operations across the region, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Help to ensure alignment with the organization’s broader financial goals and objectives.
- Handling of Other Special CFO Tasks
Take on ad-hoc CFO-related assignments, such as financial analysis, investment evaluations, and other strategic finance projects as needed.
- Reporting to the Japanese HQ
Provide regular financial reporting and updates to the Japanese headquarters. Ensure that all reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Fluent Japanese language proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Experience in financial operations, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting is highly desirable, particularly in multinational organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software/ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in multinational or regional financial operations
