The Assistant Front Office Manager leads the Guest Services team and takes key responsibility for the guest experience aspect of the Hotel. Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Returns:

· Preparation of the annual departmental operating budget.

Guest Experience:

· Make time to interact with guests, solicit feedback and build relationships.

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
