• Able to understand and grasp treatment procedures and knowledge and present to the patients.
• Manage cost-effectiveness and continually improve productivity and efficiency of the work processes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing company and regulatory standards and procedures .
• Support the Operations/Practice Manager in overseeing the effectiveness of all operational staff.
• Oversee and establish inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment.
• Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
• Liaising with external companies such as laboratories and X-ray centers and companies on simple admin/operation matters.
• Service orientated. Able to manage and handle difficult patients
• Team worker yet exhibit strong leadership qualities.

* Handle full sets of accounts for entities

* Process and manage day to day finance and accounting functions

* Record and manage transactions and events relating to inventory,accruals, prepayments, capital structure and

finance costs

* Prepard and manage intercompany transaction, reconciliation and settlement

* Manage credit control and perform bank reconciliation and collection

* Other ad-hoc duties as requested by reporting officer
