About the Role

As the Assistant HR Manager, you will support the HR Manager in overseeing both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Compliance. Your contributions will directly enhance employee development and organizational success, ensuring a high-performance culture that aligns with our brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll, rewards programs, and C&B analysis to ensure competitive and compliant practices.
• Employee Engagement: Drive welfare activities, CSR initiatives, and programs that foster team collaboration and morale.
• Learning & Development: Develop and implement training programs that support employees’ growth and align with business goals.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies, promoting a fair and compliant workplace.
• HR Strategy Support: Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and execute strategies that support business objectives and drive impactful results.
• Team Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7–8 years in a managerial HR role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, compensation, benefits, and training functions.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Meticulous, adaptable, and open-minded with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Work Ethic: Hands-on and capable of engaging with teams across all levels.
