- Understand the Murex system setup at the client, organisation of the support teams, end of day procedures and the report delivery process

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and communication standards. Experience with network performance monitoring tools and techniques
• Process Management: Deep understanding of end-to-end process design, KPI development, and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead process design projects from conception through execution
• Telecom Systems: Knowledge of telecom systems, including 4G/5G technologies and LTE
• Data Analysis: Proficient in using data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, MySQL, Tableau, and R to track metrics, derive insights, and drive decision-making
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and implement integrated solutions

Pre-Requisites

● Engineering Degree in relevant ICT infrastructure engineering discipline

- Construction industry project management (with a technology emphasis)

- ICT design consultancy and project management experience

● Experience in designing ICT infrastructure, planning ICT Fit-out migration and occupation

● Technical understanding of Structured Cabling Systems, Fibre Optic & Copper Cabling Systems, Data Cabling Containment Systems, Passive Optical LAN / Networks, Telecommunication Network Infrastructure and Services, Data Centre Design, Campus Networks, LAN Ethernet Switching and Wi-Fi Network Communications

● Strong oral and written communications skills
