The Role

Additionally, this role includes (but is not limited to):
- Sourcing suitable candidates for job vacancies across numerous avenues
- Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to your clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both clients and candidates
- Strategically identify potential leads to quantify new business development
- Develop strong talent pools and build your professional network
- Provide recruitment advice / benchmarking exercises to clients and candidates
About You
Our Singapore office is a boutique team of specialist Recruiters, focusing on learning and development initiatives to ensure you become an industry expert; receiving plenty of support and acknowledgement along the way. With this, you will be collaborative and ambitious, aspiring to progress in your career and have a substantial impact on the success of our Renewables division.
You will be:
- Experienced in recruiting within the Construction (or similar) sector
- Skilful in your business development strategies across the region
- Competitive and influential, able to develop long-lasting relationships with clients
