Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Employee Central, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding clients through implementation and optimization, and ensuring the SAP SuccessFactors platform aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Customize EC modules to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• HR Process Alignment:
• Analyze and map client HR business processes to SuccessFactors capabilities, providing expert recommendations to optimize efficiency and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for HR transformation initiatives.
• System Integration:
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Project Management:
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope and budget.
• User Training and Support:
• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to empower HR teams and end-users.
• Provide post-go-live support, resolving issues and implementing system improvements as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates, innovations, and best practices.
• Proactively recommend enhancements to maximize system efficiency and usability.
• Compliance and Data Security:
• Ensure adherence to data protection and compliance requirements in system configuration and processes.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years specializing in Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and practices, particularly in relation to core HR functions.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors implementation methodologies and tools.
• Experience with integration technologies
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements in various regions.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and reporting tools like SAP Workforce Analytics or custom dashboards.
