Job Responsibilities:
· Provide visionary leadership to the recruitment team.
· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the oil and gas sector.
· Lead, cultivate, and inspire a high-performance recruitment team, setting and exceeding targets.
· Diligently identify and assess client's talent requirements, collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to comprehend, ensuring that recruitment initiatives are tailored to fulfil client and project requirements.
· Establish, adeptly oversee, and drive the recruitment team's daily Key Performance Indicators.
· Conduct rigorous performance evaluations against established KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
· Lead by example in critical recruitment activities, showcasing mastery in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, including actively participating in recruiting for senior leadership positions.
· Develop and implement strategies to fortify a dynamic talent pipeline capable of addressing both immediate and long-term recruitment needs.
· Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous enhancement of talent acquisition methodologies.
· Compile comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to the management team, providing insights into the overall performance of the recruitment team.
· Any other special projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
· Minimum 5 years working experiences with good sales track record in headhunting and international recruitment company, preferably in Oil and Gas, EPC, Oilfield Services and Drilling industry.
· Proven track record in demonstrating effective monitoring and optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment teams, showcasing the ability to implement strategic measures that enhance overall team efficiency and performance outcomes.
· Previous experience in recruitment agencies with a proven track record in sales and business development is advantageous.
· Proven recruitment expertise, showcasing a successful track record in both quantity and quality of placements.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to evolving business needs.
· Analytical proficiency for data-driven decision-making on a global scale.
