• This role shall be the main design coordinator for all M&E disciplines.
• Efficient and effective M&E design coordination activities for the project to ensure that the design requirements of the contract are fulfilled.
• To coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, M&E Engineers, and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works by writing RFI and RFA.
• Compliance with legal and other requirements relating to the design, including standards and codes of practice.
• Completion of design activities within budget and program to achieve project objectives and targets.
• Ensure risk reduction controls are in place for design activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-8 years experience in M&E discipline, preferably for major civil infrastructure projects.
