Job Responsibilities:

• BIM/CAD consultation and related services (i.e., model integration, scheduling attributes using modeled info, etc.) for design, construction, and post-construction activities
• Support project modelling requirements for project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
• Audit model and BIM data to insure data integrity and consistency
• Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM models
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and subcontractors
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data, if needed via online system / email etc
• Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the customer’s team
• Generate progress & status reports
• Support and educate the customer’s team to utilize BIM data
• Support sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing; marketing and presentation.
• Other advice duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma and or Degree in BIM or equivalent
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit/ArchiCAD or equivalent BIM software.

This role includes conducting scalp analyses, explaining treatment benefits, and recommending tailored packages. Responsibilities also involve driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent service for scalp-related needs. Additional duties include performing basic treatments as needed and updating customer progress in treatment records and the system.

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in the beauty industry (Selling Beauty Package)
