• Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy rates for the properties within the company’s portfolio.
• Secure new tenants, identify potential market segments, manage lease renewals, and coordinate with property agents.
• Perform market research on competitors and rental benchmarks to ensure competitive pricing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
